Dexter Wants You To Buy A Dodge
So, nothing against Michael C. Hall (I loved Six Feet Under and have enjoyed Dexter as well) but I find it odd that he is doing voiceover work in the style of his character on Dexter in new commercials for the Dodge Journey. I fully understand hiring an actor people seem to like to promote your product but Hall is clearly in Dexter mode as he reads the copy in a disconnected, almost ominous tone, exactly like he does in every episode of Dexter when he talks in voiceover style during the show. All I think about when I watch the ad is "why would I want to buy a product endorsed by a serial killer?" lol. Just find it to be an odd choice.
